Returns Center

We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Ponponia will not bare return postage cost If return reason is other than damaged items and/or wrong item shipped. Once return is approved and items are sent back, Ponponia needs to be advised so we are aware and expecting delivery. When returns are received back, the agreed upon refund will be made.
